- Great Co-workers - Direct managers are helpful - Fun to work with the kids - Most of the BCBAs are wonderful and supportive

- Upper management is severely out of touch - Many policies treat techs like children - Upper management says that there are opportunities to advance into management, but they hire 90% of managers from outside. - They cover major issues with bandaid solutions - They make promises they never intend to keep. - They’d rather cater to new employees than show loyalty to long term employees
