Cons

Policy for leave is terrible. If you’re not there for a year, you don’t qualify for any leave. You either quit or are terminated, even if it is for maternity leave or medical leave. Then will say you quit when in all reality they terminated you. Just a messy situation nobody wants to deal with. They also complain when youre sick or have to call in sick but keep kids at the center even when they are sick and have temperatures, just to please their parents

When problems come up people are very willing to work towards solutions. I always feel like I’m heard when I address a concern.

Cons

Covid and not being able to have BCBAs always on site due to social distancing.
