BCBAS in general are very nice and helpful, the staff is friendly and the individual centers are pleasant to work for.

Cons

HR and management is terrible. very unorganized communication is lacking. In order to seek answers pertaining to pay time off and fair wages its hassle to be heard or responded to. wouldn't work here long term.
