Love for clothes, passionate coworkers. Great hours as a BCBA- very flexible. Always work with my schedule if needed, great training.

Cons

Harder to find passionate RBTs but that is for every ABA company

Got the experience and introduction into the field. Outings, life skills, therapy skills, swim lessons

Cons

Said would get a 2 dollar raise when became RBT, but Owner changed her mind to it being a dollar. Communication is bad.

Raises go through manager process, performance review and based on a point system not any one persons decision for all Technicians. You misunderstood or were given incorrect information . We will use the feedback to make us better and to ensure this doesn’t happen again.”
