Some of the amenities on campus are lacking, however Applied Medical is working on improving these things and now there is a gym, yoga room, nap rooms, etc.

The incompetence of certain director is harming a side of the department and everyone knows it. Those who dare to speak up would get the hammer (the fact that favoritism is extremely prevalent doesn't help). Incredibly short-sighted and incapable of sensing the urgency of problems until it's too late and is costing huge dollars, and good employees, every month. Terrible example of leadership from the director and what's worse is the wide-eyed young people don't even know it.
