- *Unfair treatment*: There was unfair treatment in the workplace. - *Lack of support from Team Lead or Management*: The Team Lead or Management did not support employees at all. - *Ineffective open door policy*: Even if there was an open door policy, Management didn't take action or follow through on concerns. - *High turnover*: There was a lot of turnover in the team. - *Poor leadership skills of Team Lead*: The Team Lead didn't have good leadership skills. - *Manager overly reliant on Team Lead's input*: The manager mostly listened to what the Team Lead said.

Good atmosphere but chaotic middle management

Provides opportunities to check in with managerial staff and listens to areas you want to grow in. Horizontal movement is easy

Cons

Lack of middle managers so reporting system is kind of chaotic. Pay could be more competitive. Vertical movement is hard

It was a pleasure to work with my coworkers.

Cons

This company has a tendency to nickel and dime its employees. For the area, the wages offered, particularly for non-supervisory roles. Do not meet the standard of a living wage. Annual raises were capped at just $0.50, and when I attempted to secure the maximum increase for all of my team members, I was firmly reprimanded. This was especially frustrating given that many were earning only $10 an hour. Ultimately, I was let go after needing to relocate 30 minutes away to care for a seriously ill family member.
