me too company with poor management. Dont pay what they say the plan is. cant keep to a plan always changing mid stream, knee jerk reactions.

Pros

Vertically Integrated so you can learn everything from component to product manufacturing, full ownership of projects, engineers are young so it's easy to make friends at work, exposure with every single department, causal dress code, good work life balance (if you're not a manager), and RSM is a really nice area to work in.

Cons

Low pay, terrible 401K, and middle management doesn't have a lot of support so you can either get a great manager or a manager who was forced to take on a team .

Engineers are all fairly young (recently graduated), lots of manufacturing areas to get experience in.

Cons

Young and inexperienced management, low pay, poor benefits, company not loyal to employees (cancelled christmas party, unexplained lack of company updates, employees treated as canon fodder)
