      Pros

      Nice building with some amenities like sports classes, gym, vending machines, shower stalls, cafeteria, ping pong tables, plenty of parking options, various community resources.

      Cons

      Terrible organizational culture and politics. Cronyism. Ableism. Harassment and discrimination to protected statuses such as age, race, gender. Quid Pro Quo involving bribes such as gifts, cash, etc. between individuals affected by power dynamics. High turnover rates. You keep seeing the best people leave. Dishonest documentation practices. Outdated documentations and procedures. Poor organizational planning and infrastructure. General chaos. Low salary and benefits. Cliques and drama involving unprofessional conducts.

      Mixed Bag

      Pros

      Lots of interesting projects. Managers don't micromanage. Positive and friendly co-workers. A lot of good people. Company provides many fun activities, movie nights, pancake breakfasts, bbq's, raffles, etc. Nice campus. Lunch discounts with local restaurants. Nice city to work in. Opportunity to advance.

      Cons

      Many managers aren't experienced in the areas of the people they manage. People seem to get promoted or hired based on favoritism, being related, or friends with current employee or manager. A lot of young people right out of college. A good place to get started and move on. Doesn't seem like a good long term career. Seems like managers have been hiring just to hire and are not as scrutinizing of candidates as they should be. People get hired in senior roles that are clearly not senior in experience or skill level. Pay is lower than industry standard. Seems like people are rewarded based on how well the boss likes them rather than how hard they work. Seeing slackers moving up the ladder is very discouraging.
