Pros

Hybrid schedule, cafe in R100

Cons

The pay is low and the teams are badly managed. You see great employees coming in and leaving after a few months as they are overworked and don’t get support from the management. Then you are left with lazy people who don’t have the experience needed to do the job. The company puts all the wrong people in high level positions. So many better companies out there. I am glad I left and won’t look back but regret the time that I wasted with this company.

Pros

The pros and cons really depend on the team you're on. -For my team, it was a very relaxed work environment. -Company is willing to hire fresh college graduates and the pay is okay for a fresh college graduate.

Cons

- Turnover is incredibly high so if someone from your team leaves you're tasked to take on more work. I asked a team member about turnover and when he started 45%-50% of the team left due to better job offers. When I started the same thing happened 50% of the team left. -The pay entering mid-career is crap. After a bit of time at the company, you're better off finding another offer. I found another job that paid 25% more than my current pay. -Lack of mentorship. Something that was promised to me was mentorship during my interview. Over the past 12 months, I have not received any mentorship. The only mentorship I have received was when I put in my notice and they tried convincing me to stay by talking about opportunities that didn't exist -Lack of opportunity. In order for you to move to another team, I was told that your manager had to give the okay. Unfortunately, you might never be able to move onto another team if your manager won't let you.
