Salary is bottom of the barrel. Management is bottom of the barrel (you get what you pay for). Nepotism is rampant. Kind of a dead-end job really. Opportunities are reserved only for friends/family of the CEO, otherwise the management thinks opportunities will make everyone leave. No raises or title changes for increased responsibility. Benefits are poor and get worse every year. Bonuses are non-existent. Average engineer tenure is 2 years.

Management is an old boys club and absolutely displays favoritism. If the manager doesn’t like you, you’re out. NEPOTISM! Can’t stress that enough. Middle management doesn’t listen to its teams. Lack of any communication about your own career path even when you try to do so. No opportunities to grow. Constant demeaning talk during workshops about competitors. Negative environment to be in, unless you’re a favorite with management. Lack of direction about where the company is going. This company does not live up to the culture it talks about. It’s not a team environment. Everyone is out for themselves. This company still acts like it’s a small company but it’s not.
