      Pros

      If you are talented, ambitious and act with integrity then Applied is a great place to work and progress rapidly in your career development. There are many great team members and managers that will support your development who truly believe in the philosophy of the company.

      Cons

      It really is a great place to work with many fantastic colleagues, if mentioning negatives then the main one which sure many other mention too is the salary. It can sometimes be a challenge to have a significant change in this even when your role/results changed and includes a far greater responsibility/deliverables.

      Pros

      Very strong manufacturing operation that provides quality products at a significant discount versus the competition.

      Cons

      Very combative culture both internally with manager-employee relations and externally with customers. Not a collaborative environment at all. Very hierarchal and arbitrary senior management strategies. They value employee compliance over valid questions. Made a major mistake joining this company because the expectations set during the interview process simply were not accurate.

      Pros

      Growing company with young atmosphere and biomedical engineering opportunities. There are lots of post-work activities you can get involved in. The benefits are pretty good, too. the dress code is casual, which is awesome

      Cons

      its difficult to move up unless you have a lot of schooling, the people in managerial positions may or may not have the best intentions for your overall well-being and professional growth, the people are young which can lead to immature things happening around the office
