      - great technology - easy products to sell - great place to start a sales career in the OR - not a stressful work environment - very good people

      Cons

      - pay is lower than industry - have a lot of cash, but reward top reps very little if at all - unrealistic forecasting and expectations - innovative products, archaic thinking by sales leadership - only pay on growth - unrealistic expense budget

      -Most everyone is friendly -Lots of new technology -Can climb ranks quickly, if you want that -Lots of freedom on projects

      Cons

      -A lot of areas lack structured mentoring -Pay is below external jobs by about 15-20%, This diminishes after 3 years. -Can be a lack of desired results -A few silos and fiefdoms between groups -A lot of areas are understaffed, which causes work quality and freedom to go down
