Pros

You get a lot of experience if you are new to the work force, esp. out of college. You also get a lot of responsibility rather quickly if you are competent. It is fairly easy to move within departments, many employees have worked in several departments.

Cons

The pay is way below industry standards and it is hard to get a raise. The health benefits and 401K is sub-standard as well. You are often thrown into situations without adequate training and expected to perform. There are a lot of cliques between employees, particularly because the workforce is so young. There is high turnover in many areas. Many times the scope of a project is not outlined and there is a lot of time wasted in finishing a project. Management could be more efficient.

Pros

It's a great place to start right out of college. Learn as much as you possibly can in 1 or 2 years, take that experience and go on to bigger and better things. The offices are clean and well decorated.

Cons

Pay that is 20%-40% lower than industry average. No performance based compensation. No further education/training about the industry. Lousy benefits. Want a promotion or a raise? Not going to happen. It doesn't matter how hard you work. Very high turnover. Nobody wants to stay. Nobody ever wants to take the blame for anything. Ridiculous amounts of finger pointing/throwing people under the bus. You really feel like you are being watched here. Want to walk around for 5 minutes and talk with your coworkers? You better hope your boss doesn't catch you.

Pros

-Clean office/manufacturing environment -They are known to hire recent grads (that helps to keep salary expectations low); however as a result its a great place to meet other recent grads and if you are new to the area it will instantly give you a social night life to transition to when the work day is over.

Cons

-Pay is well below the industry standard across all positions from assembly worker to senior management. -Work-life balance is unrealistic and it is expected (if you want to be taken seriously or move up) that working weekends be a norm and not unusual to see many people there working 6-7 days a week with little to no compensation for the salaried employees. However working weekends and evenings does not guarantee advancement if you are not "in" with your supervisor/manager/upper management as well. -You are constantly under watch by everyone... and will be constantly reminded by your supervisor that "no one is safe..." in that eerie tone every other day until you begin to feel paranoid even though you haven't done anything. -benefits package is very poor. At my previous companies I am use to seeing at most an 80/20 split where employees only pay 20% of benefits while its the reverse at this company. 401k match is 25 cent on the dollar and even that is not fully vested until end of the calendar year. -The overall feeling is to work hard but not to express much creativity or individualism. -Finger pointing is a common practice. No one likes to take the blame because blame usually equals getting fired. As a result, sometimes a problem isn't looked into further to help improve overall process or change.
