good bonuses nice buildings never fire lazy ppl let family members work together in one line and protect each other Do not fire the team member who hit many times at the other one
Cons
bad management ever! Supervisor protects bad members, even when a member hit or pinch another one. New team members (with no experience, no degree at all) get the same salary paid as the old members.
