Pros

Company culture, which is the people. Some of the smartest people I have ever worked with in my career.

Cons

Maybe just increase the 401k, which is still competitive. Only thing I can think of.

Pros

You're selling premium design software that has very few viable competitors.

Cons

BDR/AE processes are laughable. I've worked in an extremely successful environment where the processes are simple and straightforward, you will not find that here. The CRM/Quoting system is absolutely atrocious. It may take you an entire day to get a quote complete if there are any discounts made, sometimes up to 2 days. Little to no communication between departments leading to confusion and frustration. Non-ethical -- if you're not a favorite prepare to get your deal stolen.
