Pros

- You don't take your work home if you don't want to. - Employees are united in their frustration with the company. - As some senior technicians put it, the checks don't bounce. - The cafeteria food is good.

Cons

- You can bet support fees go up every year, you can bet your pay won't. - You will see half of new hires to not make it much past their first year. - Absolutely unfair and noncompetitive pay for work done, bringing a 40 user agency back into action after a server meltdown may result in a $10 gift card, if you're lucky. - Being dragged into meetings where record profits are touted, receiving press releases of major corporate clients being signed, and having support fees go up each year all the while you are told that you're lucky to get the $250-1,000 raise you received is insane. - 5 day to 9 month turn around on internal job applications, the average is about 4 months. - You have to receive a better job offer from a different company to receive a raise and a better job at this one. - Morale has been in a constant decay year after year and manages to be at its lowest each year.

Pros

-The people you will work closely with are fantastic, however these relationships are mostly based on mutual unhappiness and disdain for the company -It's nearly impossible to get fired, if you sit at your desk and clip coupons all day you'll probably get paid more (This sounds like sarcasm, it's not, this literally happened.)

Cons

-Morale within the company is terrible -Absolutely no control over employee turn around, nor any attempt to. The lack of control over turnaround means that if you've been there two years you're a senior employee. -Upper management is completely absent until something goes wrong, after which they only attempt to pacify the customer, not fix the problem. They're extremely focused on metrics but have no effective tools actually measure them. There's a total disconnect between the average employee and what management thinks is going on. -Constant infighting between departments, communication only exists to pass the buck -Starting salary will be extremely low, and they'll do their best to keep you at that point, if you do get a raise management will act like they're doing you a favor (You'll still be well below the average if you get one, expect under $1000.00) -Career opportunities are a joke, expect everything to be a "lateral move" with no opportunity for a raise
