      We had food catered, a decent cafe, work from home opportunities (before covid), and fun events.

      Office is quiet and not collaborative. Siloed.

      As a new hire this is a really nice place to work, they treat people really well and there's tons of opportunities for advancement in every department.

      Cons

      Starting salary could be a little better, not sure about how quickly raises and promotions are earned. Short lunch periods and 401k plan isn't great
