      Pros

      Nice people who genuinely care about the customer and work as a team to get things done. You can start at entry level and build your resume which allows you to advance. Management cares about their employees and surrounding communities.

      Cons

      I don't have any, but can see there being some depending on the dept you work in, but even with that you are encouraged to learn and become qualified for higher paying positions with more responsibility and freedom.

      Pros

      They are the leader in the industry and are still very forward thinking. There is a lot of opportunity to grow at the company if you take the initiative to go after it. Many people find lifetime careers there.

      Cons

      It's owned by private equity firms and along with that comes a feeling that the company is squeezed for profits. Pay in some departments seem low for industry standards and isn't transparent.
