      In my experience, Applied is really invested in who you are as a person and have worked hard to cultivate an environment where you can be your authentic self in the workplace. Leadership extends trust to you and allows for flexibility as long as your work gets done.

      Cons

      At times it can be difficult to track down information if you don't know where to start, but I imagine that exists in any organization operating remotely.
