      Pros

      Depending on the department the hours are flexible and so is the dress code. Great company for new college graduates.

      Cons

      Lack of growth in some departments. Lack of comparable pay drives employees elsewhere after a year or two.

      Fruit boxes provided on some days Office is clean and modern Amazon gift cards awarded for great performance Near Brighton London Road Not the worst company to work for

      The company has no internal policies on reasonable adjustments for employees with disabilities Low salary (19k) for 1st Line Support Technician role in Brighton No season ticket loan scheme for staff who travel via train Sound dampeners are installed above support staff but not neighbouring colleagues, who are often loud and disruptive HR is ignorant of mental health and wellbeing in the workplace There seems to be residual cultural stigma against mental health from senior managers
