      Pros

      Hard work is well compensated for through a unlimited commission plan. Great health benefits albeit expensive. Work life balance is maintained through being able to work from home when I’m not traveling. Presidents Club trips are 5 Star.

      Cons

      Can’t think of many. The company treats their employees very well. Unlimited time off really means your working all the time. Competitive Marketplace.

      Pros

      In my own experience in nearly 8 years, I have found it excellent for career growth. They are incredibly supportive both professionally and personally. Bringing new software/product to the UK marketplace is bound to shake things up with our competitors which is long overdue and exciting . Management are willing to help and advise when asked. The companies understanding of the need for digital transformation is key to it's success. The CEO is one of the most impressive presenters I have ever seen along with those I've seen of his management team and I find this inspiring, The hours can be flexible (and also long if you are will to put in the effort on the larger high profile projects, however this does not go unrecognised with an internal app to "give your colleague a wow" and potential promotion. Genuinely some of the best and my favourite people to have ever worked with.

      The pay, increases & bonus's are not the greatest, not by a long shot
