Pros

I have learned a lot about how our products are designed to work. Have input into further development of our products. Travel to all areas of the US and some areas in Canada. Hope to travel to UK at some point as well.

Cons

Product(s) development is so fast it's sometimes hard to keep up and know all areas of the system. Since we train it, we have to know it. With current work schedules, it's difficult to maintain knowledge levels.

Independent working environment which allows for self study and self management. All tools and materials provided for success of employee and employer. Accomplishments are recognized company-wide. Supportive and inclusive management.

Cons

Travel can be a burden, it's part of the position.
