      Current Staff and work life values. Insurance Benefits are very good.

      Cons

      Salary is not competitive. Most staff don't complain because they have second jobs or second resource for income. Other Jobs keep staff from giving 110%

      The people that you work with are great. There is excellent work/life balance. The company keeps to a forefront of technology. The CEO is a great communicator and is accessible.
