Pros

Leadership is approachable and seems to genuinely care about your opinion. Lots of attention on engagement survey and what people think needs to improve. Profit sharing is fantastic - bonuses when the company reaches milestones is an awesome idea. I also really like the new performance review program. Work/life balance is better here than anywhere I have worked. People here are friendly and fun! All in all, this is a great place to work.

Cons

There is not a central training team/department. Some departments have great training (organized classroom training), while others have none.

Pros

Before I get started, depending on which office or department you are in, your results may vary by night and day. That being said, the office I'm in currently is fantastic. Where other departments touch base with their employees maybe once every 3-5 months and reviews are a surprised slap in the face, I now get updates for the entire office once a month and from my manager, weekly. I can reach out to anyone, even my managers manager, and no one blinks an eye. Need something to do your job better? No problem, just ask for it, and you'll very likely get it. I had freedom to pick my own hours, and can schedule my own day. I also had a clear outline of my current progress, and timelines of what I would be expected to do, and by when. I've attended multiple classes, during work hours, which then led to certifications in various areas. Ideas are accepted and actually encouraged. Reviewing a procedure and see a better way to do it? Let your manager know, it will get fixed. Most importantly, if you reach out to a manager, they will own the issue and at a minimum, point you to the person you need. I've been in this position a relatively short time, but I'm very happy. The company in general seems to be working hard to make it a good place to be, with true results happening. I can't say a whole lot about our CEO at this time, but I will say he is far and away more professional and polished than our last one.

Cons

Holiday bonuses were removed many years ago and never returned. $25 dollar movie gift cards were given the last 2 years which is absurd considering the scope of the company. Rules and perks vary wildly depending on your office, or even your department. This accounts for the disparity in reviews. At least one office is in a rather undesirable location and requiring most employees to spend a lot of time driving. They are then told the location is the reason for less pay on average than more upscale zones. I've used benefits through a spouse for years since they were better than this company.

Pros

1.Birthday holiday benefit. 2.Some coworkers are very helpful. 3. Accommodating for doctor's appointments.

Cons

1.Improper training. 2. Lousy Benefits, not good for a company of this magnitude. 3.No Christmas presents, you get NOTHING! 4.I went to an outing once, I was not impressed. This company is cheap! 5. They'll hire you for a fake job posting, then trick you into doing more work during your probation. Furthermore, they'll never give you a raise. I saw at least 5 people resign on account of that. Yes, 5 people! 6.Employee opinions don't matter, even when you point the obvious. 7. Management is lazy.(Not the sharpest knife in the drawer either) 8. I had a hard time contacting HR because it's though to identify them. They quit very often needless to say... 9. Favoritism. 10.Pay is not great. 11. Extreme stressful work conditions. 12. They don't value bilingual employees. 13. I can keep going because the list is still LONG.
