Opportunity for growth. Many employees who work here have worked here for years. Also others find themselves coming back after trying opportunities elsewhere. That to me speaks for itself.

Cons

Salary was not as high as I had hoped. It is good for entry-level, but on the lower end IT intermediates.

Co-workers are great, benefits minus insurance, facility is nice, very understanding with home life

Cons

Insurance isn't that great for working at an insurance software company, job is super stressful, hard to move up anywhere
