      A sterile atmosphere that's apathetic towards employee wellbeing

      Fruit boxes provided on some days Office is clean and modern Amazon gift cards awarded for great performance Near Brighton London Road Not the worst company to work for

      Cons

      The company has no internal policies on reasonable adjustments for employees with disabilities Low salary (19k) for 1st Line Support Technician role in Brighton No season ticket loan scheme for staff who travel via train Sound dampeners are installed above support staff but not neighbouring colleagues, who are often loud and disruptive HR is ignorant of mental health and wellbeing in the workplace There seems to be residual cultural stigma against mental health from senior managers

      Decent compensation for new graduates Can work from home up to 3 days a week Bagels on Tuesday Frequent parties, free food, etc.

      The training is next to non-existent Annual raises are way too low

      Pros

      - Company is doing very well, lots of growth and lots of new hires. - Tons of innovation and growth in AI fields, exciting time to be there in the product and engineering organization. - Amazing employee onboarding experience. - Fully remote. Can go to office if you want but don't need too.

      Cons

      - They need to increase their paid time off to stay competitive for getting the best talent. They have 3 weeks but most tech companies now offer 4 weeks or unlimited. This honestly made me really think about joining before I did and it's such a seemingly easy thing to fix.
