      Pros

      - Lots of room for advancement for those who want to go that route - Good people to work with - Flexible shifts

      Cons

      As others have mentioned on here we are constantly hearing about how well the company is doing and how we will be a $400 million by 2017 but the raises do not reflect the growth as seen by the company. Other than that one con I am quite happy at Applied.

      Pros

      Working from the modern UK office, Applied Systems have improved so many things for the employees under the current leadership. The Company culture is excellent now (hasn't always been that way) and employees are part of the Company rather than just being a resource.

      Cons

      Still many process practices are old school and need modernising (but this is starting to happen).

      I've read many of these reviews and the positive ones tend to be spot on. Truly Applied Systems is a great place to work. The company culture is great! Many opportunities to be promoted within and be recognized for your hard work and achievements. A fast paced and growing company which great to start off your career! Management is there for you every step of the way in coaching and helping you with anything you need. Meeting new people and talking/managing clients everyday is the best part of the job. There is a lot of freedom and ways to show improvement and your skills.

      Cons

      Before accepting Applied Systems offer i looked at this site and i was worried. I felt i was going to take a leap of faith. Today, i 110% sure that this was on of the best decision I've made. All this to say if you are lazy, this Job is not for you.
