      Stability, Growth, Core Values include doing the right thing

      Cons

      Limited Benefits and Pension options. No benefits after retirement. Match 25% of RRSP with restrictions up to 3% of salary, not allowed to move RRSP until you leave the company.

      Pros

      - Currently in growth mode and actively hiring in most departments. - Upper management have done a great job the past 3 years with growing the company and offering additional benefits, such as your birthday off and company events. - Acquisitions have created opportunities for new products and integrations. This offers employees additional career opportunities. - Excellent work/life balance. - Job security for employees that can do what they are hired to do.

      Cons

      - Compensation is not as high as other companies. That being said, if you are offered a position, don't settle just to get in the door. Negotiate, negotiate, negotiate. - Cross team and departmental communication can be difficult at times.

      There is nothing for positive in this company.

      Cons

      This company is not good. They will hire and fire at any point of time. There is no job security. Poor management. VPs and management behave rudely with abuse word. There is nothing to learn. Most of the work is done by US and they share the cheap work to India. There is no scope to growth in this organization. At last if anyone join this organization they spoil the carer from themselves. Its a worst company.
