      Lack of autonomy and poor vacation time management

      Not much good about this place.

      Cons

      Horrible vacation time offered, only 10 days. You need to accrue sick time and are not given any personal days. You are treated with little autonomy and every hour is tracked. They have no empathy or really care about their employees, it is all about micromanaging and managment justifying their overpaid roles.

      No proper project documentation. False promise with false people I worked with in my team. Partiality among people. Less employee benefits. High expectation. False review if you some what not able to meet their high expectation,no matter what you did at the end you will always be in their bad list.Unnecessary meetings and expectations.
