      Pros

      Good and healthy working environment. Sr management believes in Indian culture rather than show off. Initially I may feel it's odd but gradually I like down to earth culture.

      Cons

      Not much as of now. Initially it was using old technology and limited growth but now management encourage to use latest technologies/ AI etc. Only thing I feel parks are limited and no reambarsement of certification.
