      The company appears stable. Leadership trying, but not successful.

      Cons

      The company is very disjointed. Groups that should be working together are not. A ton of productive is lost.

      Pros

      Hires recent grads with little or no experience.

      Cons

      Management is unwilling to embrace new technologies and methodologies. Unless you work on a development team for the flagship product, you are unlikely to see or work on object oriented applications. Record profits each year but salaries are stagnant.

      Ability to work independently. Has provided an opportunity for me to do what I am passionate about.

      Cons

      Low pay. Manager are self-absorbed and not very respectful of anyone below them. Opportunity for advancement is talked about often. But that's it. Just talked about.
