One of the most toxic environments I have ever seen. Senior leadership is incredibly toxic (racist, misogynistic, etc.). It felt like an actual case study of all the things you are not supposed to do in terms of company culture and how to handle issues that are raised within the workplace. I think some of HR tries to help, but the ones in leadership roles that get the say are only there to protect the company. I also was not fired, so that is not where this review is coming from, i chose to resign and leave based on how bad it was. Do not believe whatever they say to you in the interview - there are better companies out there to work for.

Takes time to role out initiatives, could have a better benefits/PTO package
