Warning!!!!!! You know it's gotta be bad when the company is begging the employees to higher it's rating on Glassdoor.

Coffee Soft Drinks Absolutely nothing else. 20 word minimum

Cons

- Poor Management. One person from the senior management, worst I've ever seen. No sense of direction. - The lies stretch so much he has trouble keeping up with them. - Loves listening to himself talk. - Puts words in peoples mouths, just like how he puts artificial facts in his head. - Always making excuses like a child. - Yelling/insulting at other employees nearly everyday in person or on phone. - Talks poorly about everyone. - Very unprofessional. - Extreme micromanagement. - Makes the environment extremely unstable. - The actual company had their annual meeting and told everyone to write positive ratings on Glassdoor because it was rated so low. - Poor 401k match - Poor medical - Low salaries. - Long commute.

Pros

The Paycheck always cashed...Can't really think of anything else :) Did meet a few nice people, most are captive employees. Those employees have been at Applied too long to move anywhere else. The are paid 50% of the industry standard at other companies.

Cons

Friends and relatives of the former CEO, comprise the middle management team. Bug ridden bloated applications. Support prices astronomical. Customer Data cannot be migrated between applications. Salary increases are far below any industry average. Long term or captive employees live in fear, Employees with more than a year, your marketability will diminish at a rapid rate. College grads get a year under your belt and run! Experienced look elsewhere.

A resume booster. Great for anyone looking to have a software notch on their resume and get a little bit of experience under their belt.

Cons

I haven't received a raise in almost 2 years, and I'm becoming accustomed to not expecting one. The company does a good job of making you feel expendable.
