I've been a port of Applied for nearly 3 years and have really grown to enjoy this company. The culture, leadership and employee base are all things I appreciate with this company.

Cons

Distance from my home to the office is a negative but with the ability to work remotely every so often helps offset that issue somewhat

Great people and culture - very relaxed and cooperative atmosphere. Commonly has people retiring after a decades-long employment. Make a good effort to listen to and encourage employees through various programs for recognizing things like excellence, artistic talent, submission of ideas for improvement, employment milestones.

Cons

Significant growth results in growing pains in a number of areas. Somewhat remote location may hinder recruitment going forward.
