      The employees, management aside, in Activation Services are incredible.

      Pros

      Salary was ok. Many positions have bonus opportunities and can work remotely. Typical suite of benefits. Company is profitable and stable.

      Cons

      Seems like there's a lot of infighting and territory battles in management. I didn't find folks to be very friendly. Many would never respond to IM/email messages. Employees who have been there a long time appear to get preferential treatment. Being the new kid on the block is tough. It was hard to get information to do my job, and build working relationships with others.

      Lots of opportunities to work on interesting problems to improve the business and products. Hybrid work environment is a plus.

      Cons

      Poor leadership, lack of employee education, and lack of approval of differing opinions. Many people have been here for a long time and seem very much stuck in their ways.
