Pros
Reasonable pay for the area, after all, this is not downtown Chicago. Management always has a good vision for the future and seeks to lead the industry for the benefit of the customer and company. I saw a con listed about small town location and mentality, but I see that as a pro. This company was founded with a family atmosphere and morals on the fringe of the south suburbs. Those morals are what made this company what it is today and has a great work environment and coworkers. As far as the location, it brings lots of jobs to the area including NW Indiana.
Cons
Being owned by investors now as opposed to individuals can take a bit of the personalization out of management, but that is progress and has been a means for our growth and stability.
