- Really friendly employees, very good dev team and managers - Great work life balance, the general culture is very positive and nurturing - Lots of very long term tenured employees which is a great sign that they go out of their way to keep employees happy

Cons

- Pay and growth in pay not competitive enough to retain very ambitious employees - Some discontentment among very long term employees having to rapidly upskill without being given enough time or training resources to do so, a consequence of modernising their platform
