Pros

Growing company - I have seen nothing but great changes and growth since I started and it is still continuing! Went from a USA only to now an international company - amazing!

Cons

We are busy! That is a good thing though - it means job security - but prepared to work hard but reap the benefits.

Pros

Good team dynamic, almost like family. Always willing to help and look out for each other, answer questions, etc.

Cons

Not enough pay. Lots of work to do with no time to do it, but it is expected to be done, whether you are flying to the next place or not. Supposed to be at least a week a month of down/no travel to catch up, pretty much non existent. No pay increases in sight.

Pros

Been with the company almost 20 years. The people you work with are great. There is flexible work hours within my department. What is expected is well communicated.

Cons

Pay is low but that is to be expected with where we are located. Upper management has no clue what we do on a daily basis. We are constantly understaffed, which puts lots of pressure because same level of service is still expected.
