They are really taking advantage of the economy. They constantly flip this company for profit and then act like they have no money to support internal structure or give raises. They have plenty of money to re-brand and sell themselves to the next Private Equity firm.

Applied games its employees. Always hiring at the lowest possible rate, and giving small raises. I know techs earning $28K after 5 years. Most have left for greener pastures. When the economy tanked, Applied was better than nothing, but only slightly better. 2 raises in 5 years doesn't cut iy.
