      Great product and some of the managers are great

      Cons

      Screw the current customer on any IT work unless customer threatens to leave. Then will pull their pants down to keep them

      Pros

      Learned new skills very quickly due to the large amount of work to do per single person. At some point reach the plateau in terms of learning new stuff. Overall good starting point for new grads but not for long term career.

      Cons

      No place to grow in terms of career. No bonuses and no salary growth.
