Pros

I really don't have many pros except after about a year, you are able to work from home but not too often

Cons

Where to begin...don't make a career out of working here, turn over rate will prove it's not worth it. The location sucks, benefits suck, management, not all suck but customer support management sucks. They treat you like a child, always looking over your shoulder. They show favoritism and that's the only way to move up in that department. They don't respect loyalty. If you are a favorite, they will give you more things to do other than stay on the phones constantly.

Pros

Some departments get to work from home onsite cafeteria some friendly coworkers free bagel day casual dress code

Cons

So overworked you can't help but bring your work home with you or worry about it when you are off the clock. If you take time off work it is a disaster when you come back to the office because little to no cross training. Cross training can't exist when everyone is too busy to help out but management won't hire more help. If you do a good job keeping afloat with your work duties you will only be given more but won't see an increase in your salary. Management will literally laugh in your face if you say you have too much on your plate or ask for a raise. Stress will literally make you sick working here. There is no budget for salary increases but there is a budget to hire in all the CEO's friends, give him a brand new office (when he is barely ever in house) and redo the bathrooms.

Pros

The general employees are awesome. The checks don't bounce. There is always something to do. The people you work with within and outside the company are great. You are always learning something. There are worse places to work. Benefits are ok. Most supervisors are great people to work for. Overall, you could do a lot worse.

Cons

Gonna be honest... Pay is very low as compared to the industry. I negotiated my starting pay years ago, but was amazed at how little some people started at. Most moves from department to department are lateral. Even if you are told you will get a pay increase they will find a way to take it away in the end. I.E. a pay increase after an initial period in the new department, then at your yearly review you get nothing because you already had an increase this year. Departments pass work on to other departments as much as possible. Communication is not great, but not as bad as it was a few years ago. General work horse departments are understaffed, but the CEO hires another of his buddies from his last company as another new VP every few months. Then they all sit in the super happy office in Atlanta and commute to Chicago and stay in 5 star hotels, tell the whole company how much money we're making then hose the general staff out of raises. Most of us are wondering if the Atlanta office is working for the same company as were, judging from the Atlanta reviews on here, they are not, or they are putting something amazing in the water down there. You may notice an influx of positive reviews here lately...that's because management informed the whole company about this site and how they want the ratings to go up. Most of us are reading these and laughing.
