Gonna be honest...
Pay is very low as compared to the industry. I negotiated my starting pay years ago, but was amazed at how little some people started at. Most moves from department to department are lateral. Even if you are told you will get a pay increase they will find a way to take it away in the end. I.E. a pay increase after an initial period in the new department, then at your yearly review you get nothing because you already had an increase this year. Departments pass work on to other departments as much as possible. Communication is not great, but not as bad as it was a few years ago. General work horse departments are understaffed, but the CEO hires another of his buddies from his last company as another new VP every few months. Then they all sit in the super happy office in Atlanta and commute to Chicago and stay in 5 star hotels, tell the whole company how much money we're making then hose the general staff out of raises. Most of us are wondering if the Atlanta office is working for the same company as were, judging from the Atlanta reviews on here, they are not, or they are putting something amazing in the water down there.
You may notice an influx of positive reviews here lately...that's because management informed the whole company about this site and how they want the ratings to go up. Most of us are reading these and laughing.
