      Pros

      I worked there years ago and it was fantastic. No dress code, very casual laid back atmosphere, great bonuses, decent salary.

      Cons

      Once Bob Eustace sold the company the working atmosphere changed dramatically for the worse.

      Pros

      Company culture is the best of any job I've had. Coworkers and managers are great! It's a very laid back atmosphere. Extremely casual dress code. Decent benefits. Generous paid time off. Ability to work from home sometimes. Pay is decent in my opinion...yes, you can make more if you are willing to commute to Chicago, but I personally am not.

      Cons

      As with any customer service job, there are some nice customers and some that really test your patience. Room for growth into other departments is there, but not for everyone. Those hired for Epic software support have ALOT more opportunities to grow than those who support the older softwares. Also, the amount of the 401K match is kind of a joke.
