Really great people to work with. They are nice and professional people. The company does a good job on taking good care of employees with events, birthday holiday, and continue to improve its current career structure. I have recommended a friend and he loved the company. You get to work with a lot of different technologies such as MS Visual Studio, TFS, SQL Server, and VMware just to name a few.

Cons

No complaints at the moment.

Hardworking dedicated employee base, committed to making the Company a success. Always growing and improving the product line-up. Focus on customer satisfaction, as well as employee satisfaction. For those who work hard, there will always be opportunities for recognition and advancement. Strong management team focused on growing the business and including the employees in that endeavor.

Cons

Need to come to work with your 'A' game, so you will not be overlooked. For those Type A's, the company is fast paced, keeping you on your toes and makes the weeks fly by. I'm a Type A, so I there are no cons for me.

Great pay, good company with good reputation in the marketplace. Lots of opportunity.

Cons

Very little guidance from Supervisor, although he was a terrific person. Department completely overloaded with work, although they were always hiring. Zero work/llife balance as it was so busy.
