Pros
-Good place to work just starting out. But note that the pay will more than likely be on the low side of the industry. -They have a good sense of Agile practices and effectively use Scrum.
Cons
-Diversity is seriously lacking in the Atlanta office. In an office of roughly 100 workers, the office had 6 African Americans which grossly and disproportionately represents the demographic makeup of Atlanta. -Senior management asks for transparency and then does nothing with the information. -Little to no support of development or furthering education (classes and certs)
