      Fantastic experience and knowledge of colleagues that know our industry and customers cold. Growth and momentum of the company creates excitement and new opportunities for employees.

      Cons

      Some growing pains that surface from time to time, but nothing serious. Generally, a good place to work.

      Pros

      If you are willing to work hard, they compliment you with bonuses, raises, parties, food days, and much more. You get a steady salary, and are in a position to move up. I am seeing almost every week someone moving up. I have worked hard and have had a nice bump in salary. There is a nice benefits package for you and your family. This company actually cares about the Employees. When my son died at birth, I took a week of vacation to see family, and try to regroup. They actually gave me from the goodness of their hearts another week, to try and recover. I did not even have to ask.

      Cons

      The only downside I would say for my case is that it is nearly 45 minutes from my house. so there is alot of driving involved. But that is the price you pay when you live in Indiana, and want a good job.
