Cons

No direction at work need to resolve issues without knowing why it started and what can be permanent solution. No team in IT. Everyone works on their own. You will be pain for 8 hours but, expected to work 16 hours Need to work on 3-4 project simultaneously and on top run buggy blood hound and configuration snap shot tools all the time. NO family life
