Apps has a good pipeline of projects. Workforce is fairly autonomous with very little micro managing. Tons of resources available to support in fulfilling project deliverables. More close knit workforce as opposed to big 5 firms. Executive management is very transparent with direction of the company and current status. Weekly email from CEO and other execs with highlights of current company events.

Cons

Vacation time is 3 weeks which is low compared to 5 weeks industry standard. Career progression/advancement is unknown.
