Apptegy? More like Apt for Me!
Pros
This is hands down the best place I've ever worked and it's entirely because of the caliber of people that are brought on - Apptegy works incredibly hard to bring in people that will fit in with their culture of thoughtfulness and high-performance (if not enhance them!), and it isn't the kind of place that lets that fall off the wagon after the hiring process. The other thing is that everyone on the team here knows what it's like to be a real-life human, and the understanding, empathetic approach leadership takes with their employees is truly heart-warming.
Cons
Honestly, it's an unpopular opinion, but I'm not a huge fan of working in downtown Little Rock. And if that's the biggest complaint I have, I don't really have much to say. The only other thing is that sometimes the stress of being a high-performer gets to me - if you aren't interested in pushing yourself to work harder than ever, but also able to mitigate safe work/life boundaries, this can be a challenging company.
