The people. The most amazing thing about Apptegy, to me, is how they consistently hire high quality people. Everyone there is going to be the nicest person you've ever met. It's truly inspirational. Furthermore the benefits are exceptional. You get the health care, discretional PTO, etc. but there's also beer in the fridge, a meditation room, ping pong table, comfortable resting areas, and a culture that makes you feel at home right away. As far as the work itself, you're bound to grow as an individual. Apptegy will push you to better yourself, and at times it can seem impossible to meet their performance standards, but they will greet your failures with understanding. If you're driven to get better at what you do, they'll support you every step of the way. The culture extends beyond the workplace as well. Joining Apptegy is like getting a second family.
