Great working environment, great people, great managers, enjoyed every aspect of this job

The nature of the industry that we were in, we were slowly going out of business

Pros

Work environment was generally positive. Senior management was very open and transparent. HR Staff kept things fun and interesting.

Cons

Time to move on. There was not huge room for growth in my department/role.
